Back on my Weightloss grind

Since February, I have been attending an all women bootcamp in the mornings. I loved it! I would get up, go exercise in whatever way we were doing that morning and come home and get ready for work, energized and refreshed. Well, now that I am on a SERIOUS budget, that is an expense that I am needing to cut out (8sad face)!
So, tomorrow I will start working out at home. I will get up at 5:30, just like going to bootcamp and I am going to work out in my living room to Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video.

I believe that I can still be successful using this video as long as I continue to watch what I eat, drink the correct amounts of water and also incorporate some running in with the video. I love the way working out makes me feel and I am sad that this month I fell off so badly, but I am back in the saddle with healthy living in my view!!
